Upon arrival, you will receive your welcome kit (valued at over 50$) followed by access to the main room where you can settle down with your creative partners, a full table of classic size or school size will be reserved just for you. Tables will be grouped in islands of 4, 6 or 8 people at the discretion of management. The main room will be open nearly 24 hours a day until Sunday 3 p.m.

Meals and beverages

In the main room, you will have access to coffee, ho and fresht water for tea/infusions and fresh water. All alcoholic beverages coming from outside the hotel are strictly prohibited. There will be a bar service to meet your needs. It should be noted that there will be several snack breaks during the weekend. Meals on Saturday morning, lunch and evening as well as Sunday morning and lunch will be provided in a buffet formula at the hotel’s restaurant.

Rooms

We offer 4 options of accommodation, however, it is important to note that if we do not receive full payment from all roomers by the deadline, we will change your option automatically and charge the additional option costs to all remaining roomers. Each accommodation option includes free access to the hotel facilities: swimming pool and spas.

D) Quadruple: 501,85$ Reservation Deposit $300.00

Your registration will only be official once your first payment is received. 

We will need the following information to complete your registration:

-        Full name, phone number and email address; 

-        Accommodation option (single, double, etc.) ;

-        With whom you will share your room;

-        With whom you wish to share your table island (no table changes will be accepted after July 31, 2025) ;

-        Your food allergies, if applicable; 

-        Any other particularities that we should know about to properly organize our event, these will be respected to the limit of our capacities.

NB // The number of ground-floor rooms is limited. Priority will be given to guests with reduced mobility.

There will be no refunds possible after JUNE 30, 2026.

If you must cancel your attendance after the June 30, 2026 deadline, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. Your gift package will then be mailed to you at your expense.
