Payment
Scrapbook Tendance accepts the following payment methods: credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Interac e-Transfer, or cash.
Please verify your contact information (phone, email) to allow us to communicate with you regarding any information related to your online order.
Interac e-Transfer
During payment, choose the "Interac e-Transfer" option. Then, you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed to the next step.
To process your order, you must send your transfer within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive a notification by email once your payment is accepted.

If we do not receive your payment within the specified timeframe, you will receive a single reminder by email. If your payment is still missing 3 business days after our reminder, we will cancel your order without further notice.
Credit Card
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
Since this is a factor of authentication and validation, make sure to match your physical address to the one indicated on your credit card.
We also accept credit card payments over the phone. Choose the "Interac e-Transfer" option, follow the instructions, and contact us at 418 915-5865 within 24 hours of placing your order to settle everything.
If we do not receive your payment within the specified timeframe, you will receive a single reminder by email. If your payment is still missing 3 business days after our reminder, we will cancel your order without further notice.
Gift Card
To use a gift card you have on hand:
- Choose the "Interac e-Transfer" payment method.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions.
- In the "Leave a comment" section, indicate the numbers of your gift cards (including the '+' if applicable) and specify which payment method you wish to use to pay the difference if necessary.
- To settle the difference, we will contact you within 3 business days of your order.
- You will receive a notification by email once your invoice is settled.
To use a gift card that we have in-store:
- Choose the "Interac e-Transfer" payment method.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions.
- In the "Leave a comment" section, let us know that you want to use your in-store gift card and specify which payment method you wish to use to pay the difference if necessary.
- To settle the difference, we will contact you within 3 business days of your order.
- You will receive a notification by email once your invoice is settled.
