Returns and Exchanges

Claims for a defective product must be reported to us within three (3) business days following the receipt of your order. We will require details of the defect as well as photo or video evidence of it in order to provide them to our supplier.

All claims must be approved BEFORE the return of any merchandise.

Scrapbook Tendance will not provide a refund or replacement for a product that has been misused, mishandled, improperly installed, or maintained incorrectly. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all instructions, advice, or warnings given by the manufacturer or supplier are followed.

Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge if they are still available; if they are discontinued by the supplier, we will issue a refund for that item.

Items purchased online can be returned to our store at no cost, or returned by mail at your expense if the exchange/return has been approved by our team properly.

Non-eligible Items

Items labeled "final sale" and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Boutique Scrapbook Tendance Inc. reserves the right to refuse any item that does not comply with its policies.

If we need to grant you a reimbursement, it will be credited to the original mode of payment, minus the shipping fees.

It is important to note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

An email will be sent to inform you when the reimbursement is complete, but please allow for additional time from your financial institution for the transaction to be reflected in your account.

We do not accept cancellations for regular orders, pre-orders, or deferred orders. If you have any doubts about the use of a product or whether it is suitable for you, please contact us BEFORE placing your order, and we will be happy to advise you.

The warranty cannot be transferred under any circumstances. Only the original purchaser benefits from the manufacturer's warranty, which is valid for one year.

It covers only manufacturing defects and applies only if normal usage has been observed. Any abusive, commercial, or improper use not intended for the product is not covered, as well as damage resulting from negligence or weather conditions.

The original invoice is required at all times for a claim.
