Shipping and Delivery
FREE shipping everywhere in Canada with an order of 100$ or more before taxes. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order to determine shipping costs.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined by the province to which you are having your items delivered:
- Quebec: $15 plus applicable taxes
- Ontario/New Brunswick/Newfoundland/Prince Edward Island: $18 plus applicable taxes
- Alberta/British Columbia/Manitoba/Nova Scotia/Saskatchewan/Yukon Territory: $22 plus applicable taxes
- Northwest Territories: $30 plus applicable taxes
- Nunavut: $40 plus applicable taxes

These fees are based on a package weighing less than 3.0 kg; a surcharge will be applied for packages weighing more than 3.0 kg.
Delivery delays
We commit to preparing your order within 3 business days of receiving it. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they depend on several factors beyond our control. We encourage you to track your delivery using the tracking number provided via email.
Delivery Tracking
We will send your delivery tracking number via email.
Pickup Point
Choose the "Pickup Point" option as your delivery method; a $2 fee will be charged. Then, during payment, in the comments section, you must specify which drop-off point you would like to be added to:
- Boisbriand
- Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu
- Baie-Comeau
- Saint-Célestin
- Sherbrooke

Pickup point orders are shipped within the first 3 business days of each month.
When your order is available, the pickup point coordinator will contact you to schedule collection.
Out of respect for our coordinators, we ask that you collect your orders within a maximum of 2 weeks following its arrival.
Insurance for Loss, Theft, or Damaged packages?
All our packages are insured for a maximum of $100 by Canada Post. If your order requires insurance of more than $100, you must contact us before sending it; applicable fees will be charged.
It's Winter!
Please note, all glues, acrylic-based paints, texturing pastes, and other cold-sensitive products can be damaged if exposed to sub-zero temperatures for too long. It is important to have your packages delivered to a location where they will be protected. Damaged products due to freezing is not covered by Canada Post insurance.
