Shipping and Associated Fees?

May I combine my orders before having my box delivered?

To accumulate your orders, opt for the "pick up in store" option and mention IN THE COMMENT SECTION AT CHECKOUT to accumulate orders until free delivery. You will have a maximum of 3 months to reach the minimum for free shipping, otherwise we will charge you the shipping costs. NB: if your box weighs more than 3kg at the time of delivery, we will charge you the excess postage costs.

Combining Orders with a Friend?

To pair your order with that of a friend, opt for the “store pickup” option and mention IN THE COMMENT SECTION DURING PAYMENT with whom you wish to be matched and to whom we must deliver the package, we will accumulate your orders until you reach the minimum amount required for free delivery. You will have a maximum of 3 months to reach the minimum for free delivery, otherwise we will charge you the delivery costs. NB: if your box exceeds 3kg upon delivery, we will charge you for excess postage costs. See the Shipping and Delivery section for more information.

Pickup Point?

To have your order delivered to a pickup point, you must choose the delivery option: Pickup Point, and an additional fee of $2.00 will be added to your invoice. You will then need to specify the pickup point for your order delivery. See our Shipping and Delivery section for all details.

I changed my mind, can I cancel an order?

We do not accept order cancellations. If you have doubts about using a product or to know if it's suitable for you, contact us BEFORE placing your order, and we'll be happy to advise you.

Need some time to think? Add the product to your favorites; you can quickly find it when you're ready to order.

Preorder?

This is a product that will be ordered during the season and may not be regularly available in-store. It will be reserved for you upon arrival. Delivery fees will apply.

Ordering a Preorder Product?

To access preorder products, create your account first, then add the products of your choice to your cart. It will be reserved for you upon arrival. Delivery fees will apply.

Tracking My Preorders?

In your customer account, you have access to the "preorder" tab where you can check your items on preorder as well as their status.

Canceling a Preorder?

We do not accept preorder cancellations. If a preorder product is discontinued by the supplier, we will issue a refund for that item.

Backorder?

This is a product that is part of our regular inventory and is temporarily out of stock, it will be ordered as needed and reserved for you upon its return to the store. Delivery fees will apply.

Can I cancel a backorder?

We do not accept cancellations of backorders. If a product in a backorder is discontinued by the supplier, we will issue a refund for that item.

Tracking My Backorders?

In your customer account, you have access to the "backorder" tab where you can check your items on backorder as well as their status.

Discontinued?

This is an item that has been discontinued by the supplier or will no longer be part of our regular inventory.

Special Requests?

Yes, by filling out a form in our Contact Us section or by joining our Facebook group for Special Requests.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

We commit to preparing your order within 72 business hours of its receipt. Payment must have been made properly.

Have I Already Ordered This Product?

In your customer account, you have access to all your previous orders as long as they were made signed-in your account.

This is where you create your dream gift list!

Start by creating your customer account, then add to your favorites by clicking on the small heart at the top of a product photo or by clicking "Add to my favorites."
